Accuracy and currency

We take sourcing seriously — the verification policy sets out how — but gambling law in Canada is provincial, changeable and occasionally amended with little notice, and operator terms change even faster. An entry describes the position as we read it on its published or updated date. We do not warrant that any entry is complete, current or free of error, and we accept no liability for a decision made on the basis of an out-of-date reading. Check the primary source before you act.

Some links are commercial, as set out in How We Earn. Any account you open with an operator is a contract between you and that operator; we are not a party to it, cannot intervene in it, and have no liability arising from it — including for losses, withheld withdrawals, closed accounts, voided bonuses or restricted access.

Eligibility and age

This site is intended for adults who have reached the legal gambling age in their province or territory — 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. It is your responsibility to know whether a given form of online gambling is lawful where you are. Reading about something here is not permission to do it.
