Get in Touch

The address

One inbox, read by the desk:

[email protected]

Plain text is best. Please do not send attachments — we do not open them — and do not paste account numbers, copies of identity documents, card details or passwords into an email to us. We have no use for them and no wish to be holding them.

What is genuinely useful to send

  • A correction. Include the page address, the sentence you are disputing and a link to the source that contradicts it. This is the fastest kind of email we get and the one we act on first. The corrections policy sets out what happens next.
  • A rule change we have missed. Provincial frameworks and operator terms both move quietly. A link to the announcement or the changed terms page is worth more than a paragraph of description.
  • A question about something we have written. If an entry is unclear, that is a defect in the entry, and knowing about it helps.
  • Press and research enquiries, including requests to quote us. Say what you need and by when.

What to send somewhere else instead

We say this bluntly because sending it here costs you time you may not have.

  • A dispute with a casino — a withheld withdrawal, a closed account, a voided bonus. We are not a regulator, an ombudsman or an intermediary, and we cannot contact an operator on your behalf or get a decision reversed. Escalate through the operator’s own complaints procedure first, then to the licensing body named on its site. If you played through a provincial platform, the provincial corporation that runs it handles the complaint. Licensing Notes explains how to identify the right body.
  • A request for gambling, legal, tax or financial advice. We are not qualified to give it and will not improvise it.
  • Anything urgent about your own gambling. Email is the wrong channel for that. Player Safety lists the confidential helplines and self-exclusion routes, which are answered around the clock; we are not.
  • Unsolicited pitches — guest posts, link swaps, sponsored placements, “content partnerships”, casino affiliate proposals. We do not sell placement, links or coverage, so these are declined without a reply.

When you will hear back

This is a small desk, not a support team. Corrections normally get a reply within five working days; general questions can take longer. If your message needs us to read a regulator document or a full set of terms before answering, it will take longer still, and we would rather answer accurately than quickly. If a week passes with nothing, resend — mail occasionally goes missing, and we would rather see it twice than not at all.
